We work closely together with Incandescence, a professional and reliable service supplying only the best in DJ's for events.
Hire a DJ to play appropriate background music as your guests arrive, followed by upbeat party music during the breaks and after the performance. Available as part of our entertainment along with the Duelling Pianos or One Piano Show to create a seamless night of fabulous entertainment.


Price for Professional DJ: £400



We can provide two dedicated wireless microphones for speeches.
N.B. the sound system would have to be in place for this so an early setup may be required.


Price for Wireless Mics: £100



One hour of live background piano music during drinks reception or dinner.
N.B. the sound system would have to be in place for this so an early setup may be required.


Price for Live background music set: £200



For events up to 200 miles away from SG16 6PA there is a travel charge of £0.75 per mile. For Events further afield, travel expenses will be worked out on application



For events over 1 hour away from SG16 6PA then accommodation may be required. We do understand that providing accommodation can eat into the budget so we do our best to keep these expenses down and only ask for accommodation when it is necessary.



For most events we can come in within 2 hours before the event commences and have everything setup and ready to go. For some events however an early setup may be required. There is a a £250 charge if we need to be at the venue more than 2 hours before the start of the event. To clarify, here are a couple of examples of events where there would be an early setup fee:
(i) Wedding - Where the client wants everything setup and ready to go before the guests arrive, this would mean coming in around midday to get everything sorted.
(ii) Corporate Event - Where there are several acts and we may have to come in early to setup and soundcheck.



We don't like to enforce a fee on this one as every event is different. As a general rule there is a £250 charge to perform past midnight but if accommodation is provided then we wouldn't charge this, also if it was minutes after 00:00 then we would not charge. It is just in place for the odd event where the client wants us to perform into the early hours of the next morning. If your event does finish after midnight then just give us a call and we can discuss.



If access involves steps and there is no lift in operation then there will be an additional fee of £100 per floor level.



Although we enjoy performing in London, getting there is time consuming and ultimately costly. costs include: Congestion Charge, ULEZ (which is also charged again for post midnight travel) and parking fees. Timeframe is also an issue as the logistics of getting the equipment into London buildings and being able to park large vehicles can take hours. Obviously This is not the case for every venue in London as some are setup to accommodate live entertainment. It's a good idea to have a chat with us and we can work out the costs, but as a general rule, events in central London are going to incur an additional fee of £366.50



We have in place enough equipment to comfortably provide sound for up to 500 people. Ideally for an event over 500 guests then we would request that the AV was provided, however if additional AV is required then we can provide it, price on application.
