PianoFactor Duelling Pianos have been nominated for best wedding band 2013 at the National Entertainment Awards. Fingers crossed and hopefully will be picking up a very large shiny object in November at the awards ceremony. It will look nice perched on the end of the piano!!!

Duelling Pianos is a stunning show based around two grand pianos. The setup consists of two entertainers on their respective pianos, a drummer and left hand bass played by the entertainers on specially setup bass keys on top of the pianos. This can easily be expanded on, producing very big lineups including horn section, guitar and percussion, making this concept ideal for corporate events and weddings.

The Duelling Pianos Show

The entertainers take it in turn to perform songs, normally requested by the audience. These can be in any style or genre. This makes the night so individual for each venue or event as the guests generally decide what music to play. i.e. if the crowd is really up for dancing all night, the requests will indicate this and therefore the style of music will be exactly to the guests liking. PianoFactor's entertainers pretty much play any song you request thus making the show extremely versatile.

Stunning Music

A common belief is that the piano entertainers battle it out, trying to out do each other on stage. This has an element of truth in at as there are songs where the pianists will show of their skills in a duelling piano face off but the main battle is really to win over the audience. Often the entertainers will divide the room and get their side of the crowd competing against the other in a who can sing the loudest routine. Behind all the fun and games however you will find incredibly talented musicians with a wealth of experience and a vast knowledge of songs really producing some stunning music!

PianoFactor Rocked Cardiff

Last Saturday, PianoFactor rocked the house at a corporate event in Cardiff. A super lineup featuring Tom Toggle, Norman Levene, Conal Duffy and Carl Williams. Their Duelling Pianos Show grabbed the attention of all who attended. Songs from many decades were performed and guests were singing and dancing all night. "I have never seen so many people on the dance floor at any of our previous events" said one of the directors. PianoFactor are well into their Christmas season and looking forward to their next event.

PianoFactor in Knightsbridge

PianoFactor performed at a high end corporate event in Knightsbridge on Tuesday 11th December. Set in an underground ballroom the night was classy and tasteful. The music was enjoyed by all who attended "We know you can Rock a party as you showed us last year at our 2011 Christmas party, but it just goes to show your talent and versatility as a band as you provided us with top quality music for the whole event".
